The Calf Strain and Hamstring Injury are simply occurring because of the lack of warn up before doing something heavy. Because, when the muscle was surprised on the job you’ve done, of course it was result a sudden pain. That is why, you have to do proper warm up, especially when you are athlete who was always using your body to the highest peak.
However, you have to know what is have to do, when the Muscle Strain occurs to you, first you to stay calm and wait for expert to come in, if ever there are no individuals who can help you, you must maintain your body to have a proper way of recovery, it is because, once the recovery was done improper, there is a possibilities that the hurt will come back. I have known too many athletes today who were not able now to play on their chosen sport because of their reckless of muscle strain awareness.
